1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Pixelion (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. Freeware status
Pixelion is provided completely free of charge. No purchase, subscription, or license fee is required for personal, educational, professional, or commercial use. Any contribution is voluntary and does not purchase extra features, rights, or guaranteed support.
3. License
Subject to these terms, Dotsilicon Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to install and use Pixelion on devices you own or control, including within a business or organization.
4. Restrictions
Unless applicable law expressly allows it, you may not sell, rent, sublicense, commercially redistribute, repackage, or distribute Pixelion under another name. You may not remove proprietary notices, falsely claim ownership, or use the Software unlawfully. You may share links to the official download page.
5. Your files
You retain all rights you lawfully hold in source files and converted output. Dotsilicon Limited does not claim ownership of files processed with Pixelion. You are responsible for having the rights required to process, copy, or distribute those files.
6. File safety
Conversion can change or remove metadata, color profiles, layers, transparency, animation, dimensions, compression details, or other file properties. Keep backups of important files and verify output before replacing or deleting originals.
7. Ownership
Pixelion, including its original branding, design, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by Dotsilicon Limited or its licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Updates and availability
Dotsilicon Limited may release updates, change features or supported formats, or discontinue the Software or related services. Updates and continued availability are not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelion is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotsilicon Limited and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss connected with Pixelion, including file or data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or lost opportunity.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
